Need help evaluating rotating assembly; 1956 Wizard

I'm not familiar with 2 strokes. The rod bearings seem to have excess play and I believe the crank has been balanced. There is also ample brown goo that stuck the rings to the pistons. Please have a look at the video and give your opinion. Thanks

Whats the flywheel look like as that's where balancing should occur. Rods are ok as self centering .Replace lower crank seals!!

The reed blocks have no anti-friction bearings, they are Labyrinth seals to isolate the two cylinders from each other
