Need help For REED?

Hi i'm P1 can any one tell me if Mercury 45 4 cyl classic fifty has Reeds and if its posible it isint start beause of Reeds.

P1, Nearly every 2 cycle motor has reed valves. On outboards they are made of stainless steel and are very durable. There ae a lot of things much more likely to cause your issue.
