need help identifing this prop

ok on my mercruiser pre alpha outdrive it has what i think is a merc prop, but i can't figure out the size and pitch of the prop. All the numbers i can find on it don't seem to help either. here are the numbers : on side of prom it has MM 4771 on the hub it has the following numbers one i think a Part number 48-36016 also it has these numbers 994B, and B1881, i measured the prop and i seems the diameter is aprox 14.5 inches. thanks for your help on this matter<br />Shane

sounds like Merc Pre Alpha / 14 X 16<br />tell me your HP to be sure PLS.<br /><br />48-36016 / B 1881 is the org part number for <br />Alpha gen I or Gen II, year 1994 - 1998<br />110 HP to 190 HP, do you fit there.?<br /><br />best way is : http://www.boat-props.com/propellers/

the motor is a MCM 140 so that might sound right the pitch seems pretty low so it might be a 16, thanks for your help i need a new one anyways, the prior owner cracked this one and i want to replace it, but wanted to know what size it was, will have to check that site for a recomendation.
