Need help identifying a evinrude motor

Can anyone help me identify a evinrude outboard motor by the serial #. the serial # is 7520-07303. I was told that it is 1956 7.5 hp. I cant find any model #s anywhere. Any help would be great thanks.

The "7520" part of the number indicates that it is indeed a 1956 7.5hp 15" Evinrude!

you will want the original OEM manuals, http://www.outboardbooks.com/ or try searayman13 on ebay.
