Need help identifying engine

Good evening everyone, i recently bought a used boat and i need help identifying the engine.

For insurance purposes, I need to know the history of the engine, because there seems to be a lot of differences between mercruiser dealerships, so here is what I bought.


2003 nordic thunder 1860
Mercruiser 4.3l digital ignition serial is OM008124
supposedly it is 190hp, but some people say it is 135hp, others say it is a 220hp.
I need year it was built and as much info i can get on it.

SN 0M008124 Model 4231017N1 TBI fuel injection, Alpha drive, 1 Pc exhaust manifolds, Manufacture Date: 06/16/2000, 210 Hp.

One more question, does it make sense the engine was built in 2000 and the boat it is in is a 2003?
