need help identifying OMC drive year and length

This drive in on the 1968 seabird 20' cuddy deep V.

Does this drive look like a 68 electric shift? Do they differ from 64-77?

Also is it a SHORT or a LONG shaft? I'm guessing long?

Between the short and long shafts, 64-77, do the parts interchange except for the exhaust housing and drive shaft?

I'm looking to buy and need to know if I can buy a short shaft for my parts.
