Need help on compression

Hi i'm P1 i have 45 classic fifty 4 cyl 1986 model and it does't want to start now some one told me to check compression and i checked it cyl1 120pci cyl 2 120pci cyl3 120pci cyl4 120pci it's there some thing wrong.

Well, your off to a good start. Now that you know the compression, its time to check fuel delivery, and electronics

those compression figures are great. any internal combustion engine needs spark, fuel and air to run. a quick check is to spray a shot of starting fluid into the carb. if it fires, you have spark. if it doesn't fire, you probably have a fuel problem. I would only recommend a quick shot only one time as a test. unless you have oil injection, the motor won't have any lubrication for a second or two. this is a basic starting point. good luck.

Hi thanks for your help but i don't know what to do more all fuel line are new carb clean spark it's coming on all plug tested with spark tester new fuel.The problem is when i take off cyl1 spark plug it starts but at high speed when i put the spark plug back it does not start.I don't know what to do else

Let us know what you find.
