Need help on Rebuilding my 1994 25 hp. Murcury

I Had a burnt piston {my Cylinder wall looks good} But On this motor there is no head. Everything pulls out from the crank And there is some bosses and metal pitting on the top of the cylinder dome. What Is the best way to get that out, Are do i Try to get it out.....

Gotta pull the powerhead and split the cases to get the pistons out. Major deal! Don't do it unless you have a manual to follow step by step and some specialty tools...

I have already split the cases and inspected...walls look good ...But there is some scoring on the dome ....Should i remove it...and if so what would be the best way....
