need help on serial #

I have an E150 Evenrude that appears to have a serial # of E150 RLCSR
I looked in the specs from 1980 (when they first started with the E150 series and went to 2010 and cannot find an Evenrude E150 that matches these numbers.

could it be from a foriegn market?
ANYONE GOT A BOOK OR SOURCE THAT CAN COME UP WITH A YEAR?
I got the motor used with the boat and was told it is a 2000, but as I stated before, I checked every E150 serial # from 1980 to present and no
E150 rlcsr....

any help on year of this engine would be appreciated

The CS in the model number tells that it is a 1980.

Is that 150 really a rope start? Thats what the first R indicates.
