Need help to identify merc 80 hp model

Im trying to help out a buddy who is looking for troubleshooting info on this motor. When I enter the serial number online it says it cant be found. I finally found out why and its because its a Canadian model! What U.S. model or serial number would be the same as this one? The Canadian serial number is 7189047. It is a 4 cylinder dual carb, thunderbolt ignition. Also included some pics that may help with identification. Thanx fella's!
