need help w/ tilt motor on stringer 400

Ok, I need to replace the tilt motor on my '80 seaswirl w/ omc 140 with stringer 400 outdrive. Not sure which one I need or what's involved w/ it. Does any body have a part number or a manual they can scan that section for me? and email to sikz3@charter.net ??? Thanks, a million.

Does it have a two wire connector, flange and two bolts?

I am not sure. The boat is covered and we have a lot of snow out there.
