Need help with 50 hp sparkplug wire replacement...

I just received my new Force manual today (Clymer) and saw no mention on how to change the plug wires. One of mine on the boat I just got has a tear on the boot just over the metal clip that secures to the plug. When I followed where it went, it went under a bunch of wires and into a black plastic housing.

if it is ign. like mine, the wires are molded into the pack, can't replace just the wires. you can find screw in ends though (so I've heard) if you are trying to just replace the boot.

Or you can get another piece of rubber from a hardware store and tape it over the tear.
Not pretty, but sufficient.
