Hi all. We have bought 4 new boats, and now for the first time have bought this used Crownline. Only 150 hours and looking great. The trouble is that the Isotherm fridge and the Dometic Master flush toilet have no 12v power. I have checked fuses and so far not discovered the problem. The previous owner says that he never used the toilet, just used the space for storage. Anyone with suggestions about those systems can please chime in. Thanks, 6E XS Griff

Welcome to iBoats . . .

A couple of questions . . .

Does the boat have shore power (which would have both an AC and a DC electrical panel)? Is there a switch for the refrig. on the DC panel?

As for the toilet . . . If it is an electric flush toilet, there should be a switch on the DC electrical panel for the toilet pump (in addition to the water pump)

Post some pictures of your electrical panels, so we can see what you are seeing, as that may help.

Thanks for your response, Tpenfield. Yes, I have photos of the backside fuse panel. Will get with my wife on how to post'em here. All fuses, both automotive and in line types check out okay behind the helm panel. I did find one automotive type fuse removed from in line mount near the batteries. But still no power to fridge or toilet. I was thinking that a breaker that I have not seen yet could be part of the problem. We are old boaters and have experienced many of the usual technical problems over the years. But I must confess that electrical diagnosis is not my specialty. My electrical wizard boating friend has passed away and though I have all of the required tools, I do not want to cause any problems while trying to solve this problem. Griff44

And yes, I have shore power. Just 12v only. This 6E has no 110v accessories.
