Need help with mounting ideas

Hi all, my wife bought me a transom mount trolling motor yesterday for my boat which is a 16' Cador Mat bowrider. My issue is i am trying to figure out a way to mount it on the boat. I really have no idea as to how im going to mount it and i am enlisting the help of you. I have attached pics hoping it will help. The TM is a minnkota 40lb 36" shaft is that helps at all. Oh and BTW it needs to be mounted on the starboard side as i have a swim ladder on the port side. I really need your advice/input.

I don't think you have enough clearance to mount it in the splashwell are (next to the outboard). The outboard will hit it in tight turns. You'll need a bracket to mount it on the transom to starboard of the outboard.
