My engine uns pretty good but it sort of bogs down when I constantly run it at about 4000 rpm for a long while (towing a skier). After about 2 min. of running @ 4000 rpm, I hit WOT and it starts bogging down for a good while then it will come alive again. How do i fix this? Should I lean out the low speed needles a bit or what? I tuned it up myself in November (changed out spark plugs, lower unit oil, grease, fixed the idle speed, & decarbed. I still haven't changed the water pump propeller).

Am I doing something wrong?

Does pumping the primer bulb, when this happens, make a difference?

When you are at idle goose the throttle. Does it just go, does it hesitate then go or does it stutter a bit then go. IF it stutters it is rich if it hesitates it is lean. You do not want to run this motor lean. It could be anything in your fuel system from an air leak to a misadjusted float in one or all your carbs. Also pull and look at your spark plug tips. On your next post describe how they look. If you have a compression tester it wouldnt hurt to test that as well

As eurolarva suggests, pull the plugs before you go out agin. Let us know how they look.

Good catch, eurolarva!

It runs fine. Right when I hit the throttle at WOT, it just goes (doesn't seem lean nor rich). That thing above will only happen when I run it for a few minutes at about half throttle.

I'll go check the plugs tomorrow and see how they are. Last time I checked the compression after I "winterized" it, they were 145, 145, 148, 150 (IIRC).
