I have a 1987 Larson DC-300

LOA - 30 Ft
beam - 10.5 FT

The boat is having a problem staying on plane. Was told that the boat is underpowered and possibly that the stringers are wet. I need to know how/where to check to see if the foam/stringers are wet on my boat. Are there access pannesl that will allow me to see down to where the stringers are at?

Has anyone ever had this problem with a Larson before?

Thank you for any help.

*added the year of the boat*

What year is the boat?
Not sure what year Larson went to the VEC construction, or if they went to boats that big with it.

Way to old for VEC, you have wood. Do a search for checking for rot or wait for one of the hull experts to chime in.
