need help with steering linkage

I have a boat and need to change the steering "Tie rod end"
It is a rotary at the helm but the top hole is empty and the bottom has a calbe that runs to the back where it is supported and a single arm come out....

what i need is the tir rod end that connects to the motor bracket...

here are some wonderfull drawings i made..where do you buy these things

I looked at the ball joints and they only list one size....I need 1/2 20 on the cable end and the stud needs to be 3/8....i am assuming that all of the female theads will be 1/2 20 and the number i need to worry about is the male thread?

I believe the cable end threads are all the same (standard) but do not know that for a fact and do not have a cable with threads. Maybe someone else can help with that Q. Call to T&R?
