need help with suzuki dt 150ss

i have a 88 or 89 suzuki dt 150 ss.one piston has scored the block.my question is.can you bore one piston with out problems.or can you change the cylender and change that piston and rings on the rest of those pistons.without problems.any help would be greatly appreciated.im new here and need some advice please.

its all my about balance. you bore cylinders not pistons. if you do one then you should do them all. how bad is the scoring? I just replaced a powerhead on 150 it was creaper than rebuilding.besides its 24 years old
