Need help with Yamah 2007 F40TLR

Idle low, when you put in gear dies off. You choke it dies off. $1800 spent by the previous owner, new carburetor kits for all 3 , New CDI. New gas, New primer bulb, stabil.
Out of sync? I can't even do a procedure for link and sync, I don't have a tachometer by the factory. And I can't find any manual or document online to find out if I can "plug" one in, or how do you install it on this motor. So I am in catch 22...

read about that F40 being a tough one to egt right and keep running right due to the small passages/jets.
need a 4 channel manometer to set them properly.

Find a Yamaha shop with the proper tools and techs with the knowledge to get it running properly

I can't afford a Yamaha shop.. I can afford to order a jets, I know how to replace them, and I will order a carbtune pro
