need help with year

Im trying to find out what year my out board is . It is a 40 hp yamaha. Could some one tell me what numbers i need to look for?

c is for commercial meaning non oil injected<br />40 of course is hp<br />m is manual meaning pull start<br />s is short meaning 15 inch shaft<br />h is handle /no remote controls<br />q is year /1992
