Need info on 10 "225 EFI" motors, dealer help needed

I have a list of 10 motors that have all been in a fleet maintenance program through Mercury. All repairs and work supposedly will show if looked up by Mercury dealer since motors were maintained under fleet service agreement and I have each serial number. I need to buy two of these motors and am looking for a dealer who will work with me and look up each number and tell me what records exist such as when put in service, warranty and other work, hours on motor when last serviced, etc. I will purchase any accessories I end up needing to install these motors to return the favor. Is anyone willing to help me on this? I am also wondering if anyone can tell me the differencein a CXLOPT 225 and a CXLEFI 225. I assume the EFI is Elec fuel injected, was is OPT? Also does anyone know why there 225's all seem to lose the shine on the paint on the lower unit.
