need info on fold up johnson motor

My father recently purchased a johnson 3hp motor that the lower unit folds up on, so it fits in a carrying case. I've never seen one before. Any info would be appreciated. Ser. # JWF22C Mod. #E2812005. Not sure of the year.

I'll guess it's a 1967 by the codes. The 'F' in the model number is what's throwing me.
