Need new controls advice.

I have a 1996 wellcraft 26 se. My current controls are worn out and parts are unavailable. It is a quicksilver 3000 classic. I am looking for a set of controls that I wont have to replace my 2 cables. The marina says to go with the new 4000 quicksilver and that I would have to change to the new style cables. I dont want to do that. The boat only has 147 hrs on it and the cables are in good shape. I need a fairly inexpensive control set that offers tilt and trailer mode aswell as a neutral safty switch. Does anyone have a suggestion for a set of sidemount controls meeting the above requirements?

You can do a search on some posts that I made here about the Teleflex CH1700....Worked great with the existing cables, tho the trim switch wiring had me befuddled for a while.
