Living in the Sacramento,Ca for some time, I have used one kind of boat cover in the winter that has given me several years of use and summer covers of various types that eventually destroyed my seats from the "cooking heat" that never would dissipate. After the seat reupholster, I began using "tyvek" material boat covers that were amazing: they were white & very thin as not to absorb any heat: I could get into the boat with the cover fully in place on the hottest day and it was cooler in than outside. For reasons why this material fell out of favor as a cover material, there is no available source including calls to the prior manufacturers.
Now I'm looking for the "new" fabric that someone has used for the same "summer" reasons.
Your help is very much appreciated.
Thank you
