Can anyone make out the prop number below so I can search for a spare prop by number. My guess its a 13 inch pitch going by that 13 on the far right. Id like to find an OEM one and not make the mistake I made for my 40 HP and tried to save a few bucks and bought. Michigan Wheel and then had to get the prop kit too. I'd prefer the OEM version and not have to deal with extra parts to swap out. The Michigan Wheels are going for around $80 on the web kit included. If I could read this part number I might be able to find the same one on craigs list or ebay or even new. Thx

Why not just get the Solas Amita at about $60.
They have a good reputation. Pretty sure you can use your existing components.
Thrust washer lock ring and nut.

Let us know how it works out.

Thx. I located that one on boats for the $59. I took the prop off again (to count the splines) and was able to make out the serial number with a magnifying glass this time.
I entered that serial number on google and was able to find this exact OEM prop brand new on craigs list from a guy in St Cloud, MN who had it for a spare when he used to own this same outboard model as my daughters. He listed it for $75 and was willing to ship it to me for probably $10. I was able to use paypal (which protects me from fraud).

Pretty cool to be able to get this exact OEM prop, new 16 years later :)
I'd bet the quality of the metal 16 years ago was better than the new ones today.

I'm sure it will work fine.
The Solas does use "squeezcast" technology. Which allows finer stronger blades.
Probably have to measure to tell the difference.
