i have an 88 Advantage Banshee tunnel hull 20 ft 2000lbs, plus 40 gals gas, 300 to 750lbs in passengers. the motor is a 78 Chrysler 140 hp included into hull weight.
I'm getting finished with rigging this thing soon and need a prop, the motor had a 13x17 pitch and has banged up blades, and is sloppy on the shaft, so it is shot. i have never ran this hull and need a starting point for a prop. boat is going to be used for play and cruising, not really worried about top speed. motor rpm's recommended 5000-5500, engine has about a 20" set back and have the motor cavatation plate 2" above keel, gear ratio is 1.7 plan on a 2.0 down the road. i want an aluminum prop to start with to get into the ballpark
