Hi, I have a 1994 120hp Force Outboard. I am not sure if I need a speical tool to get the old prop off or do not use a wrench to take the nut off? Looks like something is covering the nut and not sure how that comes off? Any help would be great!!!! Thank you

If it' just a nut? Sure a socket or cresent wrench.
If it's the mercury setup? Then a screwdriver and then a wrench.
Screwey to bend the tabs up.
Pics always help??

That uses (usually) a Mercury type locknut. The nut is seated inside a stainless washer. the washer has tabs which would be bent down into the grooves in the prop hub. You use a screwdriver to bend up the tabs so the washer can spin. Then use (I think a 1 1/8 inch wrench) to remove the nut and tab. The prop should slide off. If the shaft has never been greased, the prop may fight you.
