Need Section from Latest #31 Merc Manual/Closed Cooling

Does anyone have a scan of or even just the text of Section 6C from the LATEST Merc Small Block V8 Manual #31? I have a #31 from the mid-2000s but it does not have any details for changing the coolant in a Closed Cooling Equipped engine. I am told the newer manual, first revised in 2009 has a detailed section with this information including pictures and procedures. I just cannot seem to get my hands on one.

Donno 'bout the manual, but for changin' the coolant, Drain the heat exchanger, 'n block,...
Replace the drain plugs, 'n Refill....

Thanks Bond-o. Is the best way to do this just to pull the main hose off the engine water pump and let it drain from engine and exchanger at that point? I don't see another good location to drain from. Is it necessary or desireable to remove the exchanger and flush it out during this process?

Also when refilling, is there a certain procedure to bleed the air from the system? Or do I just put the hose back on and fill from the exchanger and keep an eye on the resovoirs?
