Have moisture test/survey done on the hull. I believe that year has a cored bottom, and known for water intrusion and blistering. Otherwise, they are a good (slow) cruiser.

Welcome aboard Boats.

On a used boat, it's all about condition. Hours don't particularly mean that much, and brand is a secondary consideration. Is it a 19' boat, or is it a 1995 model? What drive? Etc., etc. ... Pictures might help too.

Several "Rogue" models were made in the 90's. All were cruisers.
It appears the OP is considering a move up from his slipped 21' cuddy....

Hello, I need some help. I have a 1995 Wellcraft by Excel 21ft SL cuddy.

Hey now there we go! Good looking boat. Price looks pretty good to me at $12k as long as everything checks out.

On a boat that size there are quite a few things to keep up with. A survey would run you several hundred dollars, but may pay off in the long run. I'd seriously consider it.

Make sure you consider things like towing, parking, where you're gonna' store it, etc. If it's going to be a trailer boat, make sure you realize how big of a boat that really is.

Also - if this is your first boat, realize that there is a steep learning curve on something of this size. A boating course is in due order, and it would be advisable to get some help for your first several trips out.

I have the slightly older, slightly bigger Rogue. I agree with what's been said, it's all about condition. If it's in good shape that price seems pretty reasonable, especially with a trailer.

One thing to keep in mind is that's a narrow beam (8.5ft) pocket cruiser, so space will be at a premium. If you are planning on keeping it in a slip anyway, you might want to consider looking a little bigger. Just 1ft extra in beam can make a real difference in how much room you have on board.
