need some help

Hi all, I have a 93 force 120 (bayliner capri 18') it has been running great all season, until now, on the boat speedo it has been running about 42 wot until today, a week ago it was getting about 38 with similar load onboard and today only 30 with slightly more weight, it felt like it was running at about 60 - 70 % power at wot,took a bit to plane out and holeshot was slower, I have a new prop this spring and is now a bit dinged (2nd use after latest dinging up)and wonder if that would cause that much loss, also it looked like I might have too much oil in the mix too, how much would that affect top end? or overall power. no tach on it at this time so I don't have RPM # but I didnt hear any slippage from prop or high rpm at any time, wot sounded less rpm than before, any ideas? thanks for any help

what has me baffled is last use the prop seemed fine so am thinking more mechanical, but it ran well engine wise last time too, I recently put in a new impeller and tell tale and gas is recent, looking over engine briefly when i got home the spark arrestors on the carbs looked like they had too much oil in them (where a little gas usually is) that is where I saw that as a problem.
