Need Some Help

I was giving a bayliner boat with a volvo AQ125A with the 270 outdrive. I am having a hard time finding parts which include a new carb, water pump, impeller, and possibly an alternator. Any help is appreciated. One more thing, i was looking at the prop today trying to identify what kind is was and all it said was "Michigain" 3 4 4. Does anybody know what this means? Thanks
