Need some information for 1999 Tahoe Q3 Props

Does anyone knows whats the OEM prop for a 1999 Tahoe Q3 with a Merc 3.0L? The boat had a 21 pitch(don't know if thats the OEM, I got the boat last year) but it seems sluggish pulling people out the water. Went and got a 19 pitch and the boat comes out the hole with much more power and planes WAY faster, but the tach now its in the 4-4,500 at full throttle. Is that safe for the engine?(not that we go full speed all the time lol) Or should I use another pitch??? Any honest advise will be gladly appreciated

Fairly typical for a 3.0 to struggle with a 21" pitch and water sports.
Pretty sure your max rpm is 4800. So your well within the limits.

haven't test it pulling a skier yet, but it can definitely feel the difference while taking off and how fast it planes compared to the 21 pitch. but don't know if that's the OEM one that comes with the boat, and since the boat engine RPM's are lower while at higher speeds, I was planing on buying another one and swap them according to the use the boat its gonna get.
