Well I have the FASTRAK unit off the motor, amazingly no torch was needed, just a few good licks on a big punch by a 3 lb hammer. I have a good shop manual and parts ordered, but I cannot get the end cap out of the tilt or the trim cylinders. The manual calls for a universal spanner wrench, which I don't have but was able to fabricate a good substitution. I have done everything but bang on the "wrench" with a hammer. Any suggestions? I thought the hard part was going to be the tilt pin.
