need to idle up motor

76 Evinrude 85 hp....need to tweek the idle up a little. where's the adjustment screw?

Should be two large horozontal SS screws just behind linkage -
Be the one on bottom for idle
Thats about as technical as i get

There should be only one screw thru the throttle arm, about in the middle of the arm. If everything is right that screw should be about in the middle. If it's screwed in more than about halfway, something is wrong. If you move the screw, recheck the sync-n-link.
