I have a 2003 22' Palm Beach cuddy cabin with 200hp Mercury engine. The other day it became difficult to get the engine to engage into forward, then would not go in at all. It would make that grinding / clicking noise you get when you move from nuetral to forward or reverse. (The motor will go right into reverse without any problem). After some examining I found the control cable to be worn, frayed, and most likely in need of being replaced. Does anyone have any advise or warnings about replacing this cable. I am looking for any numbers that would identify the cable so I can purchase a new one. Our season here in N.J. is rapidy coming to a close and If I don't do this job myself, I'll get the boat back in time to shrinkwrap it. Thanks, Mike
