I have and old western auto outboard mod.# WG4 Serial # 513079 I need the year,make,model,h.p. and fuel ratio any info would be greatly appreciated thank you.
Welcome to iboats<br />I believe your motor is a 1952.<br />Wizard motors were made for Western Auto by a number of suppliers, such as McCulloch, West Bend and Eska. my book only goes back to 1960.<br />Sit tight and somebody who knows more will be along.<br />good luck check this out
My info indicates It is an early motor 46/47 6HP.<br />Built by Mercury same as Merc. KD4.J8C plug at .025. Points at .020.1/2 pt. to a gallon mix Use TCW3 rated oil.
