Need year of Mercury motor & schematics

I do not know the year of this motor. The only info I have is this: Mercury outboard motor, Rocket motor, Mark 15 A, serial #1202988. I am looking specifically for the schematics to the lower end of this motor and/or the water pump. Can anyone direct me to the right place to acquire the schematics?
