Want to Buy a Recoil Starter Assembly complete for a 1980 Montgomery Ward Sea King, 7 1/2 HP Model KTV 50576 - Clinton Model K751. I have been told the same recoil assembly fits Clinton J & K series 3 hp to 9 hp. EDIT Thanks

I wouldn't invest too much until yiou get it to run and decide if you think its worth the investment.
