Re: Neutral Safety Switch

Since the neutral safety switch is a safety device to keep you from starting the engine while it's in gear, and possibly hurting someone or something, I'm not going to tell you about hooking the two wires together that go to the switch. Because this would bypass the switch and you could start it in gear or out of gear or anytime for that matter.

These Aren't............

Put a quarter next to it for a size reference.......

Don,
I'm not good enough to post the pics here....
But, I just grabbed your address off the other thread..... Re: Neutral Safety Switch

Gottem Tony, but that isn't much help. Too blurry. Besides, send some clear pictures of the control, not just the switch.
Just have plenty of light and not so close.

A switch is a switch. Can't any old waterproof switch be jiggered in?

Re: Neutral Safety Switch

OK......I modified the switch my friend gave me.
Had to drill out the rivet holding the switch together to install the "arm", them installed a 2-56 screw in place of the rivet.

Should work.......
