New boat owner question... 100 Hour service?

How much should I expect to pay for a 100 hour service on my 2000 susuki 150's? I am having the main 150 gallon tank cleaned on my GW since I saw a lot of crap/debris coming out of the lines. This 100 hour service should take care of any junk that has lodged itself in the engines.... ?
