New Boat Owner-simple Gas question

I just bought my first boat, a 1988-17 ft, Bayliner Bass Trophy(It was dirt Cheap) and I'm not sure where to start. I bought it in the fall from my neighbor, he only used the bought once last summer(and only a few times the previous summer) and he ran it for me in October with "Ear Muffs" out of the water. I was going to get a tune-up but the marina can't do it for 2 weeks and I wanted to use it this weekend. It has a Force 85 hp motor and less than a half tank of gas and I did get it winterized.(It was winterized the year before too) It ran fine last summer but should I be worried about the gas sitting-too much stabilizer over two years? Do I need a tune-up or can I fill it up with gas and just run it. If it runs rough then get a tune-up? Help-I'm probably overthinking this.

Do yourself a favor and get fresh gas and oil mixed. Drain the fuel tank, fuel line and carbs and start fresh!!!! You'll be glad you did. Gas can definately sit too long even with stabilizer in it.

Is there a plug or do I need to syphon the gas? Will an oil change place accept old gas for a fee? Also, how do i drain the carbs?
