New Boater here looking for model number on motor

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie at this boating thing and I just got my hands on a Merc 1500 150hp 6 cyl and I'm looking for some numbers on the motor so I can start ordering parts. I found one number on a plate Ser. No 2481011 but no model number. Is this one and the same? Sorry if this a silly question I am really really new! Thanks in advance....

If that is the right serial number then the only way it's a 150HP is some one changed the swivel bracket as that number is off a 1970 engine and a 115 torque tube won't take a 150 power head as the exhaust adapters are different.
