New Canvas

I want to get new canvas for my boat. I have a Bayliner bowrider with separate front and back covers. I have the original covers, but they are missing a bunch of snaps and are stained bad from water sitting in them. If I take these to a canvas shop, can they use them as templates, and just cut new ones to the same size? Will they be able to match up the snap locations pretty well? I don't want to have to take the boat into the shop to get this done. <br /><br />Thanks.

Steve, You can order original canvas for popular boats from Overtons catalog. You need to provide, year and model of your boat. They come only in original colors I hear.

That plan works just Fine...........<br />Till you get to the Snaps.......<br />To get the Best Fit, it otta be done With the boat...........
