I'm about done fixing my old Bryant AC unit. It's about 10 years old now and it's all filled up with spit and glue so I'm going to buy a new one.<br /><br />It's going in a 3 level townhouse - maybe 1500 square feet.<br /><br />I'd pay a little more for a better unit but want the most for my money.<br /><br />What's the best brand for me to look at? Any advice? The gas furnace under the inside coils is the same age - should I look at replacing that at the same time?<br /><br />Thanks!
