New DF 140 Map sensor fault code

I have a new DF 140 with 25 hours on it. Died yesterday and will not run....it will turn over and die. Check engine code is 3-2 which is a Map sensor 2 fault. What causes this. Anything to do with bad fuel?

The computer is not reading a signal from the sensor.
MAP is, Manifold Absolute Pressure, also know as vacuum.
If it cant read this it cant tell how much air is coming in so has no idea how much fuel to add.
Either the sensor is bad or the wiring between the sensor and ECM is bad.
It could also be the ECM itself, but that is less likely.

Is it still under warranty?
