Ok those who keep up with my change from and old Rothenberg Quad Jet to the Edelbrock Marine 600 cfm. Ran great on the test lake run, but then 1/2 day of solid running I cruised to a constant low RPM on a slow cruise. After about 20 minutes I decide to pick up to higher cruise speed and it still wants to strive for power seeming to get too much gas or maybe not enough ?? I thought the unit came with factory settings but any thoughts to keeping this new carb top notch? Is it fuel line, pressure, it has all new filters and new spark systems. What am I missing>>>> ???

Bayliner 24.5 with new 350 crate OMC/ Cobra OD.

There is a tuning procedure in the carb owners manual starting on page 9

Take a good look at the choke setting. When I got my carb, the choke setting was way lean. This had to be corrected.
Roman

Ok, I will do a closer check on tune up but would there be a reason slow idle for a 10 or 20 minutes then push to go faster cause a stall? After it ran good before???

have u checked to see if the timing is advancing when u give it throttle.if not, that would numb it up big time.
