New engine will arrive shortly, what is the swapping proceedure?

Can anyone point me to a proceedure for removal and replacement, I am not sure how much needs to be disconnected on the transom and in the engine bay to make it loose to hoist the old one out.

I have ordered an alginment tool for the installation side... I suspect my gimble bearing is knackered so im going to get the leg off and check the condition of everything in that respect also.

Assistance hugely appreciated... can't wait to just enjoy the boat!
