Re: New Hampshire - Loudon

So Tony is dumping Ryan Newman at the end of the season. Stewart says he isn't expanding to a four team, so someone has to go to make room for Kevin Harvick. Tony won't go cuz it's his team, Danica won't go because of the sponsor bucks and that leaves Newman. Sounds like Newman might not be real happy about the turn of events.

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series News: Ryan Newman Won't Return to Stewart-Haas Racing - MotorRacingNetwork.com

Danica is marginal at best. She just doesnt have it, and will not ever get it. These cars are much heavier and handle completely different than where she came from. With that being said, Ryan is consistent and a smart race car driver. What a shame.

Pretty much a no brainer, had to be Newman. It would have been a huge marketing mistake to release Danica. As in any business, it's about the $.

GA - Now if Burton could WIN one of these days.......... :car:

Maybe on Sunday I'll wear my #99 Burton Exide battery tee from his days with Roush. I think the oil and grease stains are all fresh.

I have one and it's framed. Also signed by Jack at Talladega. I was wearing it at the time so off it came for his sig. My wife wasn't too impressed, I bet Jack wasn't either......

Re: New Hampshire - Loudon

Judging by the number of cautions today, will we have a G-W-C finish?
