I just replaced my horn and it sounds like it wants to work but it doesn't. It just does a tiny burp, could I have wired it wrong or something else? Any ideas?

Check the voltage at the two wires going to the horn while you are operating it to see if there is a huge voltage drop.

I'll do that, and if there is, then what? There are 2 different splice areas could that cause a voltage drop?

Then back up to the switch and see what the volatge drop is there. You will want to check before and after the switch. The voltage drop can be easily caused by a bad ground as well as the positive wire so you need to check it as well.

To see if its really the horn, you could connect it directly to a battery to see how it works. Once you determine if its the horn or not, then you could explore a voltage issue if it exists.
