Its the Berkley version. Boga's were pretty expensive and I didn't know if I would like using one. If this one falls overboard I wouldn't hesitate on getting the Boga. I like the weight idea too.
If you already have a scale, keep the one Berkley grabber you already have. Hook the scale to the grab string and measure it's weight. When you catch a fish, do the same and subtract the weight of the grabber. I do it all the time.
